LEARN

At Cedar Point Church, we have three different ministry groups for children aged 0 months to fifth grade. We also have a ministry dedicated specifically for those kids who have special needs, Buddies. Read more about our kids ministries below, and don’t hesitate to reach out to our staff!

  • At Cedar Point Preschool we get to spend time with all the littlest members of our church. From ages birth to pre-k, your child will be in an environment filled with love and care as they learn how Jesus loves them. We want your children to learn who God is through age-appropriate Bible stories, music, activities, prayer and a lot of fun! 

  • At Cedar Point Kids, we want it to be a place your children LOVE to attend. We want your children to know who Jesus is and how much He loves them! We do this by actively diving into our bibles for a lesson, engaging in a fun worship experience, and creating a fun place that kids want to come back to so they are able to continue growing in their faith and walk with Jesus.

  • Our Cedar Point Buddies ministry focuses on those children who may need a little additional assistance. For all ages of kids from 2 years to 5th grade who have some special or additional needs, we want to come alongside families to support and encourage them as part of our church. We provide one-on-one Buddies to partner with your child as they spend time in our preschool or kids areas on Sunday. We encourage families whose children will be part of our Buddies program to come for our first (9:02) or third (12:02) services. If this is something you’d like your child to be a part of, please fill out the sheet below.

OUR PRESCHOOL LEADER

Stacey Blunt

Stacey and her Husband Nick have been part of Cedar Point Church since 2018, and she has been part of the Preschool Ministry since 2021. She and her husband, along with their two boys and dogs, have moved all over the US prior to settling in Claremore, OK. She is genuinely excited to spend her time with the littlest ones at Cedar Point. She has a passion for laying a strong foundation of faith in children, and partnering with parents as they raise young believers.

OUR KIDS LEADER

Ashleigh Tankersley

Ashleigh Tankersley has been a part of cedar point since it started in 2006. At the age of twelve she was actively involved in the childrens ministry. She continued her path to later become the full time childrens pastor. She is a wife and mom of four and knows just how important it is to fully engage with our children and teach them just how much Jesus loves them!
